Cilantro-Mint Chutney Recipe
This Ayurvedic recipe is very simple. Once you gather all your ingredients, blend and serve as a topping on your favorite dishes.
• 1 bunch cilantro
• ½ cup mint leaves
• 2 Tbsp grated coconut
• 1 Tbsp sesame seeds
• 1.5 tsp lemon juice
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp grated ginger
• 1 tsp honey or rice syrup
• ¼ cup water
Store in the fridge in a sealed container.
