Self-Remembering
Many influences have formed the ideas and methods at the Shala, but Red Hawk's influence has been one of the most important.
Matthew Krepps will lead you, chapter by chapter, through Red Hawk's book "Self Remembering: The Path to Non-Judgmental Love" with commentary as well as his own experience. To get the most out of this course, we recommend reading the book as well.
